Kai walks the Prado and is the last civilian to capture footage on the Malecón, as police cordon off the coastal road before 9 metre / 30′ foot waves batter Cuba’s coast. During the first few hours the contrast from the shoreline and a few blocks inland is stunning. By midnight, all hell broke loose.
