Bay Area Foraging Oakland to Sonoma

Menu inspired by tasting of Scribe wines. Veggies foraged at Laney College Garden in Oakland. Lamb procured from Sonoma ranch. All prepared @ Scribe Winery.

We prepared our 1st Tank with East Bay Chef Charlie Hallowell, who created Pizzaiolo, Boot & Shoe Service, and Penrose restaurants. Practically everything they serve is grown or captured within the range of OneTank. A talented and virtuous man with a shit tonne of charisma.

We will be forever striving to find such chefs who walk-the-walk and live the OneTank ethos.
